Lillian Medina Ochs, APCC

You don’t have to sort it all out alone.

I’m an associate clinical counselor offering warm, practical therapy for teens and adults who feel stuck, stretched thin, or just not like themselves. Sessions are available by video across California.

Lillian Medina Ochs, smiling, in a blue blouse

Hi, I’m Lillian.

I’m an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) with a master’s degree in clinical counseling. I’m completing my supervised hours toward full licensure as an LPCC, with regular clinical supervision that keeps my work thoughtful and accountable.

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation. You’ll never be handed a script. We’ll go at your pace, talk honestly about what’s hard, and build skills you can use outside the session.

My training draws on mindfulness-based approaches and person-centered care. I work with people of all backgrounds, and I welcome LGBTQ+ clients, first-generation students and professionals, and anyone navigating cultural or family expectations.
